With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, John has grown alongside the business, evolving from a highly accomplished sales agent into a leader whose influence now extends across Highland’s offices, teams and markets. That dual perspective remains central to the way he operates. He continues to work at the forefront of the property market while also leading, coaching and supporting agents across the group, giving him a practical understanding of both what clients expect and what high-performing teams need to succeed.

As Group General Manager, John plays a key role in connecting the network. He works closely with agents and office leaders to share market intelligence, strengthen collaboration and create the structures that allow individuals and teams to grow.
