With over 30 years of property experience, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise in property negotiation, with a particular focus on land subdivisions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He also brings a deep understanding of zoning frameworks and land development potential, making him a valuable asset to both our team and our clients.

Michael will be based between our Sutherland Shire and Double Bay offices, lending his expertise in navigating planning regulations, managing complex negotiations, and driving projects from initial site sourcing through to successful acquisition.
